Pets and visitor dogs are not allowed. We ask you to accept this and to respect the other guests.
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Smoking in public is generally frowned upon in Sweden and there is a smoking ban in many public places, which should be strictly adhered to. Anyone who smokes in our garden or outside in general should collect their butts and dispose of them. Smoking in the forest should generally be avoided due to the risk of forest fires.
Please be considerate of other residents around our lake. This applies to the volume of music in and around the house as well as driving slowly on the roads to our house. There may be walkers, cyclists and horse riders here at any time.
If you want to feed our neighbors' horses , please only feed them with grass and not with food. Please do not let your children near the horses alone.
Our plants are also happy when they are watered occasionally :)

The induction cooker is automatically locked and displays “LO” as soon as the cooker is switched on. The “LO” symbol must be pressed for at least 5 seconds to unlock it.
To clean, please remove the integrated extractor and clean it from the inside as well as the filter.
A small note about the small pot: it must be full enough and therefore heavy enough to be recognized by the stove.
Oven
There is an oven and a microwave-oven combination.
The oven is very easy to control via the control panel. Feel free to discover the many options.
A thermometer for the perfect internal temperature of the food can be found in the drawer below the oven.
The upper oven has a microwave function. Please note that this also has an integrated child safety lock. To open it, simply push the small latch upwards.
Fill coffee beans
coffee machine
To fill the machine with coffee, the entire device can be pushed out. On the top there is the option to fill it with whole beans or coffee powder. If you prefer coffee powder, you have to set the setting to use coffee powder before each coffee. You fill the water tank by opening the "door" (carefully pull the part towards you from which the coffee would otherwise run out). The water tank on the right can then be easily removed. (see video)
Otherwise, the coffee machine is operated exclusively via the display. If you choose a milk drink, you will be asked to connect the milk container. Otherwise, you should keep it in the fridge if it contains milk. Depending on the drink you have chosen, you have to select the strength of the milk foam using the dial on the milk container. A quick tap on the display confirms the correct setting. Once you have finished making the desired drink, you will be asked to turn the dial back to "Clean" to clean the milk gland. It is best to place a glass underneath. Then the milk container can be put back in the fridge. Please also clean the inside of this regularly by hand.

Please also clean the milk container regularly. To do this, simply set it to "reset" and take the milk container apart. Rinse all the individual parts under clean water and put them back together.

This can take a little longer, but it must always be done, otherwise the machine will eventually stop making coffee and will stop working :-) Please take it seriously and clean it regularly. The machine will tell you exactly how to do this step by step. The brewing unit is particularly important - the heart of the machine. This must always be clean and can be easily removed and rinsed under clear water. Please do not use any cleaning agents or abrasive sponges.

The left switch controls the temperature. The right switch sets the duration. The sauna can be set for 4 hours and activated for up to 8 hours via a timer.
Please open the window after using the sauna.

The room temperature can be set for each room using the thermostats. The actual temperature is displayed and can be set to the desired target temperature using the arrow keys.
The heating system only works when the outside temperature falls below a certain level. It cannot cool.
Window
All windows in the house can be fully opened by pressing the black lever.
Be careful, the windows at the top are a little lower. Children should never be left unsupervised with the window open. In this case, it is best not to unlock the window and only open it a crack.

If you turn the lock to the right, the door can be opened by turning the doorknob downwards.
If you want to lock the door again, pull the door handle up carefully but with a little force until you hear a click. Then you can turn the lock to the left. The door is locked when the door handle cannot be moved down.
If you want the patio door to remain open, you can pull the door handle upwards to lock the door. You can release the lock by pushing the door handle downwards again.
music speakers
There are two jukeboxes in the house. One is in the winter garden, the other in the children's room on the upper floor.
The music boxes are connected to the Wi-Fi and can be conveniently controlled via your mobile phone. To do this, you select the desired playback device (living room) in the music service such as Spotify.
Bathtub
If you want to use the shower in the bathtub, you can close the faucet to fill the bathtub by simply turning it to the side.

Waste separation is taken very seriously in Sweden. It is not without reason that a household separates waste into so many bins.

Everything else such as batteries or larger items can be disposed of free of charge at the recycling center (Återvinningscentral) in Tranemo.
Leftover food = brown bin and residual waste = green bin are located in front of the house. Everything else must be disposed of at the garbage dump in Ljungsarp. You can use the address Jönköpingsvägen 13, Ljungsarp.
There are trash cans in the technical room to help you separate your waste. You are welcome to use these. Please make sure you leave them clean and empty.
Garbage cans are collected from your home every 2 or 4 weeks on Tuesdays.
We ask you to dispose of the rubbish yourself and not to leave it in the house after departure. We charge a disposal fee of 500 SEK for rubbish not disposed of.

In Sweden it is common to pay by card/mobile phone. So you should always have a card with you to pay. Even small amounts are paid by card. It is difficult to get rid of cash here.

The largest supermarkets in Sweden are ICA, Willys and coop.
